Guidance for Registration Process :

• The Eligibility of the candidate for getting admission from the point of view of age criterion will have to be ascertained by entering the date of birth of the candidate first. Only if the candidate seeking admission is eligible as per the criterion of age, the registration form will get ready to open.
• The requisite non-refundable registration and processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) will have to be paid online using the online payment provision available on the website and the transaction ID has to be carefully entered into the slot provided for the same. PAYMENT OF ANY AMOUNT LESS THAN RS. 1000/- (One Thousand only) WILL ENTAIL SUMMARY REJECTION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM.
• After completing the above two, the registration form will get open for duly filling in.
• The registration form will have to be filled in online, ensuring that all the mandatory fields are filled in properly.
• It is mandatory to upload the passport size photographs of the father, the mother and the candidate, Aadhar Cards of both the Parents and the Birth Certificate issued by competent authority to verify the date of birth of the candidate, all in the .JPG format.
• At the end of the Registration Form, there is provision for Declaration at the bottom. Under the declaration, there is a slot for ticking to denote agreement with whatever mentioned in the Declaration. The slot must be ticked.
• After thus completing the filling in of the registration form in every respect, the same may be submitted. In case the registration form is not completely filled in, the system will not accept the form.
• Once the registration form is successfully submitted, an acknowledgement mentioning the registration number will get automatically generated and the same must be downloaded electronically. The acknowledgement thus electronically downloaded must be shown at the reception, while coming to the school for interaction.

નોંધણી પ્રક્રિયા માટે માર્ગદર્શન :

• વય માપદંડના દૃષ્ટિકોણથી પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે બાળકની લાયકાત, બાળકની જન્મતારીખ દાખલ કરીને પહેલા નક્કી કરવાની રહેશે. જો પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માંગતા બાળકની વયના માપદંડ મુજબ લાયક હશે તો જ નોંધણી ફોર્મ ખુલશે.
• જરૂરી બિન-રિફંડપાત્ર નોંધણી અને પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી રૂ. ૧૦૦૦/-(માત્ર એક હજાર રૂપિયા) વેબસાઈટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ ઓનલાઈન ચુકવણીની જોગવાઈનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ઓનલાઈન ચૂકવણી કરવાની રહેશે અને તે માટે આપેલા સ્લોટમાં ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન આઈડી કાળજીપૂર્વક દાખલ કરવાની રહેશે. રૂ. ૧૦૦૦/-(માત્ર એક હજાર રૂપિયા) કરતાં ઓછી કોઈપણ રકમની ચુકવણી. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મનો સારાંશ અસ્વીકાર દાખલ કરશે.
• ઉપરોક્ત બે પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી, નોંધણી ફોર્મ યોગ્ય રીતે ભરવા માટે ખુલશે.
• નોંધણી ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરવાનું રહેશે, ખાતરી કરો કે તમામ ફરજિયાત ક્ષેત્રો યોગ્ય રીતે ભરવામાં આવ્યા છે.
• પિતા, માતા અને બાળકના પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝના ફોટા, માતા-પિતા બંનેના આધાર કાર્ડ અને બાળકની જન્મતારીખ ચકાસવા માટે સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર, બધું જ .JPG(2MB) ફોર્મેટમાં અપલોડ કરવું ફરજિયાત છે.
• રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મના અંતે, તળિયે ઘોષણા કરવાની જોગવાઈ છે. ઘોષણા હેઠળ, ઘોષણામાં ઉલ્લેખિત કોઈપણ સાથે કરાર દર્શાવવા માટે એક સ્લોટ છે. સ્લોટ પર નિશાની હોવી આવશ્યક છે.
• આમ દરેક રીતે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ભર્યા પછી, તે સબમિટ કરી શકાય છે. જો રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ સંપૂર્ણ રીતે ભરેલ ન હોય તો, સિસ્ટમ ફોર્મ સ્વીકારશે નહીં.
• એકવાર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ સફળતાપૂર્વક સબમિટ થઈ જાય પછી, નોંધણી નંબરનો ઉલ્લેખ કરતી સ્વીકૃતિ આપમેળે જનરેટ થઈ જશે અને તેને ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક રીતે ડાઉનલોડ કરવી આવશ્યક છે. આ રીતે ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિકલી ડાઉનલોડ કરેલ સ્વીકૃતિ શાળામાં ક્રિયાપ્રતિક્રિયા માટે આવતી વખતે રિસેપ્શન પર દર્શાવવી આવશ્યક છે.
• રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરવા, ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટ વગેરે અંગે કોઈપણ ટેકનિકલ પ્રશ્ન માટે શાળા કાર્યાલયનો સંપર્ક કરી શકાય છે, સંપર્ક વિગતો નીચે આપવામાં આવી છે.
